Lori Bell, LMSW

Lori Bell is a Licensed Master Social Worker and EMDR therapist. She holds dual licenses in Kansas and Nevada. She received her Master’s in Social Work, with a Clinical Social Work Specialization, from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Park University as well as an Masters in Business Administration from Baker University.  Lori received her clinical training at a physical rehabilitation hospital as well as under the guidance of Dr. Holland, Psy.D and has worked in private practice for the past year. Lori works with individuals, families and couples that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders. She has experience working with First Responders and their families as well as LGBTQIA+. She believes life is a journey that we are not meant to walk alone and as we begin to heal a ripple effect happens and we begin to heal others around us.

She counsels individuals going through life changes, grief, relationship matters with a focus on utilizing strengths and support systems. Additionally, she focuses on somatic symptoms such as physical pain alleviation through mental health healing. Trained in Family Dynamics, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Meditation and Parts and Memory, she will tailor treatment to meet your individual goals and needs.
