Emily Eggert is a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, addiction, and mindfulness, with a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She works with adults, veterans, and couples to support their mental health, resilience, and growth.

Emily uses a strengths-oriented, solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients identify their inherent resources and empower themselves to overcome challenges and create lasting change. She provides a safe, affirming space for individuals from all walks of life, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, and is committed to offering culturally sensitive care. While trauma and addiction are key areas of focus, Emily works with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress.

As a certified meditation guide, Emily integrates mindfulness practices into her work, helping clients cultivate emotional regulation, self-awareness, and inner peace. She utilizes EMDR and somatic-based techniques to help clients connect with and release stored emotions in the body, promoting healing and balance.

Emily is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques. She tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring compassionate and effective care.
