Sarah Chang, PhD, T-LP is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with over a decade of clinical experience and expertise in psychological evaluation and evidence-based therapy to support individuals across the lifespan. With extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Dr. Chang brings a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach to her practice. Dr. Chang earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, following a master’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at The Guidance Center in Leavenworth, KS, where she provided diagnostic clarity and therapeutic interventions for diverse populations. Her clinical expertise includes conducting neuropsychological assessments, supervising graduate-level clinicians, and implementing individualized treatment plans using modalities like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Chang has contributed to academic research on visuospatial memory, collegiate health behaviors, and parenting influences on child outcomes, with multiple publications and conference presentations to her name. She is passionate about bridging scientific knowledge with practical applications to enhance the well-being of her clients. Dr. Chang is also a driven leader, experienced in interprofessional collaboration. She actively engages in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, exploring new literature, and engaging with her community to support mental health awareness.
