Elizabeth Swanson-Hyland, Ph.D.
Dr. Swanson-Hyland received her Doctoral degree in 1996 from the University of Iowa in the area of Clinical Psychology. She is a Licensed Psychologist in Kansas and a member of the American Psychological Association, as well as a past-president of the Greater Kansas City Psychological Association.
Dr. Swanson-Hyland has over 22 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She currently focuses her practice on the psychological assessment of children, adolescents, and adults. These assessments include cognitive abilities, attention, and other psychological factors. She has been with Responsive Centers since 1999.
Dr. Swanson-Hyland is married with four children. She is able to combine her psychological training and skills with life experience to understand and aid the individuals with whom she works.
