Molly Woods, PMHNP-BC

Molly Woods is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides diagnostic evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults. Molly received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and holds bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and nursing. She has experience working in community behavioral health settings, where she developed strong clinical skills in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, substance use disorders, and complex psychiatric presentations.

Molly is known for her warm, collaborative approach, and works closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing. She believes effective mental health care begins with truly listening and creating a space where patients feel respected, understood, and actively involved in their care. At Responsive Centers, Molly is excited to expand her work in innovative treatments for treatment-resistant depression and to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
