Ayat Youssef, LPC

Ayat believes there is something healing about feeling truly seen in the therapy room. She values the person in front of her and approaches each session with warmth and genuine curiosity. Sometimes therapy stays with what is happening today. Sometimes it takes us further back to understand where a pattern began. Ayat listens closely to what is said and what is left unsaid.

That same curiosity follows Ayat outside the therapy room. She feels deeply connected to nature, & art is another constant in her life. You might find her traveling with a sketchbook in hand, wandering through an ancient place, listening to blasting music in her ears.
